The Court of Princes is the nominal official ruling body of the Abyss.  

The Court of Princes meets in the Cathedral of the Notorious Dame in the Courts of Chaos, the largest known city in the Abyss.    It is presided over by the Co-Factors, Sammael and Lilith who are rumored to be the still living half of the First Quadrupole.  The First Quadrupole being the first four gendered beings in the multi-verse. with Adam and Eve being the other two However, this has never been confirmed.

Known as the Emperor and Empress of the Abyss, they preside over a Court of ten other Princes (as described by Glashow mac Allum in his well known treaties.

The current Court of Princes has generally been stable and unchanging for the last four thousand years or so.  Prior to that, during the Age of Chaos, the composition sometimes shifted dramatically as various princes and princesses schemed and fought among each other.

Below I include what I believe to be the current allegiances of the Court of Princes.  However, this may be grossly inaccurate as what may appear to be friendship on the surface, may be fawning sycophantry. This is effective as of midyear MDT 54760, I suppose I should use CST (Court Standard Time) but since I'm currently persona non-grata there, or at least I assume I am, I haven't been back to check in a while, and I really don't plan to, I'm going to use the local calendar.  (Of course you probably need to read book II to know where that is)
